SHIPPING POLICY

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the United States only. Some products cannot be shipped to certain states, cities or territories because of local laws or carrier rules; checkout will not offer shipping to restricted addresses, and if a restricted order gets through we will cancel and refund it.

Shipping Rates

•           Airsoft and in-house items (shipped from Scottsdale, Arizona): $12 flat rate on orders under $100, and free shipping on orders of $100 or more.

•           Real Steel items (shipped directly from our U.S. distribution partner): $9.99 when your Real Steel items total under $100, and free when they total $100 or more.

If your cart contains both, you will see one rate for each group at checkout, because they ship separately from different locations.

Processing and Delivery

Orders are processed after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email with tracking information when each part of your order ships. Delivery times depend on the carrier and your location. Orders containing items from both groups arrive in separate packages.

Hazardous Materials and Ground-Only Items

Green gas, CO2 and certain other items are classified as hazardous materials and can only ship by ground service within the contiguous United States. They may not be available for delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or P.O. boxes.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, email modifiedmilsim@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order number and photos of any damage, and we will help resolve it with the carrier.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout; reshipping costs may apply.

Returns

See our Refund Policy. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
